Shipping Policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!!

 

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, most products in the United States will ship within 3-5 business days although our goal is to ship orders ASAP! All preorders will ship on ETA specified dates unless change has been made. 

 

 

International orders are shipped priority mail. Please allow 6 to 11 business days, sometimes it can take longer depending on the country's customs policies.

 

 

We will provide you with your tracking number once your order ships via your PayPal email provided.

Return & Exchange Policy

No returns, exchanges only, item must be returned within 5 days of purchase, you have 5 days from the time the item is received to exchange for something of equal value. We are NOT responsible for return fee! Contact must be made within 2 days of receiving an item for an exchange. Items must be unworn and undamaged; if the item is determined to be worn or damaged it will be sent back to the buyer. We are unable to honor any returns that are sent back after this 5 day period it will not be accepted. 

 

Any items returned without Return Authorization (RMA) form, and a copy of the sales invoice will be discarded. No credits will be applied.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are any issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be cancelled and your money refunded to you.

We DO NOT ship to addresses that are different from billing addresses. If you place an order and your shipping address is different from your billing address we AUTOMATICALLY ship the order to your billing address on file. 


If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us telephone number (833-266-3474) by phone or shoot us an email ASAP. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.shopmodishcollection.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Modish Collection. DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, we ask for 3 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order is delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
